Swisse Weight Control 180 Capsules is a multi-nutrient formulation to supplement nutrition. In the context of a low-calorie diet, glucomannan contributes to weight loss, chromium and zinc contribute to the normal metabolism of macronutrients, zinc in particular contributes to the normal metabolism of carbohydrates and fatty acids while chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal glucose levels in the blood. As for the dose, we recommend three capsules three times a day before each main meal, for a total of 9 capsules a day or in any case according to the doctor's recommendation. Take with a full glass of water. Take this product 1/2 hour to 1 hour before or after taking oral medications.
