GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The website www.prevcom.eu is managed by PREVCOM SRL - VAT number 02369230129
All sales are final. We do not accept returns except as expressly established in the paragraph "right of withdrawal".
Purchases on the site http://www.prevcom.eu are reserved for ADULTS only.
OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
By "online" sales contract we mean the distance contract, that is the legal transaction having as object movable goods and / or services stipulated between a supplier and a consumer and / or customer in the context of an organized distance selling system by the supplier who, for this contract, uses only the distance communication technology called "internet".
Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree n. 185/99 and, as far as the protection of confidentiality is concerned, it will be subject to the regulations referred to in Law no. 675/96 and subsequent amendments.
All contracts, therefore, will be concluded directly through access by the consumer and / or customer to the website corresponding to the address www.prevcom.eu where, following the indicated procedures, he will conclude the contract for the purchase of the well. For distance contracts with consumers, the legislation provided for in section II of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The contract stipulated between PREVCOM SRL and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by PREVCOM SRL. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general and payment conditions. Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
PURCHASE METHOD
The Customer can purchase the products on the website www.prevcom.eu. The image of the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, but may differ in color, size, accessory products shown in the figure. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Prevcom srl by means of an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address supplied by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain the date and time of execution of the order and an "Order Number", to be used in any further communication with Prevcom srl. The message re-proposes all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections, using the customer service. If an invoice is required, the Customer must ask for it before placing the order and must enter the invoice request in the order notes, for accounting and tax reasons it is not possible to issue invoices after the order date.
In case of non-acceptance of the order, Prevcom srl guarantees timely communication to the Customer.
We do not sell to persons under the age of 18. We reserve the right to cancel any order whose credentials may make us doubt their veracity.
BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS
The consumer and / or customer undertakes and obliges, once the "on-line" purchase procedure has been completed, to print and keep these general conditions, which, moreover, will have already viewed and accepted as an obligatory step in the 'purchase, as well as the specifications of the product being purchased, and this in order to fully satisfy the condition set out in Articles 4, 5, 52 and 53 of the Decr. Legisl. n ° 206/2005. The customer undertakes to collect the ordered goods, a penalty of Euro 50.00 is set in addition to the transport and storage costs in the event that the package should not be collected for just cause. It is strictly forbidden for the purchaser to enter false and / or fictional data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the procedure for the execution of this contract and the related further communications for him; the personal data and the e-mail address must be exclusively their real personal data and not those of third parties, or of fantasy. It is expressly forbidden to make multiple registrations corresponding to the same person or to enter data of third parties. Prevcom srl reserves the right to legally pursue any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers. The Customer releases Prevcom srl from any liability deriving from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by the Customer, since the Customer himself is solely responsible for the correct insertion.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
PayPal: in cases of purchase of goods with PayPal payment method (if available), at the same time as the conclusion of the online transaction, PayPal will immediately charge the amount relating to the purchase made.
Bank transfer: in the case of a purchase with a bank or postal transfer payment method, the order will be processed after it has been credited (1-3 days). If we do not receive the credit within 7 days, the order will be canceled.
METHOD AND DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs, if any, are charged to the Customer and are clearly stated when placing the order. Nothing * is due more by the Customer than the total order.
* In the event that the shipment ends up in storage for any reason, the customer must pay the shipment directly to the courier at the time of delivery or alternatively he can collect the package for free in the xxxxxx warehouses
The order processing time is to be considered indicative.
No responsibility can be attributed to Prevcom srl in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.
The delivery of what is ordered means at street level.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier / postman, the Customer is required to check:
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or straps).
If you accept a tampered package there is no possibility of making a claim. We inform you that pursuant to Legislative Decree 22/5/1999 n. 185 and subsequent amendments, the goods travel at the risk of the recipient, so Prevcom srl is not liable for any theft or damage. For completeness of information, we report an extract of the decree law that regulates this topic: Legislative Decree 22/5/1999 n. 185 on remote contracts. "The commercial relations of sale are governed by these conditions of sale as per current Italian legislation. The Supplier makes shipments to the Customer with selected express couriers and the goods travel free port with transport costs and risks fully borne by the Customer. These expenses and other charges possibly related to the transport and / or shipment of the products are counted and detailed in the order confirmation and in the purchase invoice or counted as the final amount in the receipt. Upon receipt of the goods at home, the Customer must verify the integrity of the packages. In the event of discrepancies and / or discrepancies, the Customer will be responsible for refusing the package under penalty of forfeiture of asserting his rights in this regard. "
In case of non-collection within 5 working days of the material present in storage at the courier / post office warehouses due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, the order will be returned to Prevcom srl and the customer will be reimbursed the amount paid with the exception of shipping costs and any other ancillary costs incurred.
In no case is it possible to refuse the ordered goods at the time of delivery, this circumstance will not be considered application of the right of return, but contractual breach.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to art. 64 and following of Legislative Decree 206/05, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a reference in the order form VAT number), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.
To exercise this right, the customer, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, must contact the customer service at info@prevcom.eu declaring that he wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal. Prevcom srl will also proceed, within 30 days from the return of the goods, to the re-credit of the amount after verifying the integrity of the goods and withholding only the amount of shipping costs. The re-credit will take place by bank transfer; it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN and current account holder). The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packaging), kept and possibly used according to normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt. The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions: The return costs are charged to the customer, the product, the packaging and the contents of the box must be returned new, intact and with all the accessories, in the case of "sprayers", "inhalers", "head coils", "cartomizers", "spare tanks" and "liquids" the right of withdrawal is possible (for hygienic reasons) only if the product has never been used and in the case of liquids never even opened .

Furthermore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Packages opened by the customer
- Bottles with the guarantee seal not intact
- Partially used products
- Products damaged due to negligence by the customer
WARRANTIES
All our products are covered by the guarantees provided by the European regulations on consumer goods and differ according to the type of product:

The date of repair and / or replacement of a product under warranty does not postpone the expiry date of the warranty itself which always and in any case starts from the date of the first purchase.
The guarantee does not apply if the defect or damage has been caused by use that is not compliant and / or contrary to the instructions for use, eg. opening of the appliance, defects or damage caused by infiltration of liquids, falling, breaking, etc.
Defects manifested due to wear, lack of or incorrect maintenance, improper use, tampering or voluntary and / or involuntary damage (bumps, falls, etc.), cannot be considered as lack of conformity. Poor maintenance or any impact / fall of an electronic product are sufficient causes to seriously compromise its operation, as well as the safety of its user. Any operating defects that arise due to poor and / or incorrect maintenance or improper use, cannot in any way be considered conformity defects and invalidate the guarantee on the product itself. Tampering with the product by persons not authorized by the Reseller, irrevocably invalidates the guarantee on the product and on the parts directly and / or indirectly connected to it.
Returns must be sent in their original packaging and must be authorized by Prevcom srl by contacting customer service through the "Contact Us" form on the website after logging in and selecting the relevant order and product in question.

Should any side effects occur during use, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor.
It is strongly recommended to store the products out of the reach of children and pets.
PRIVACY
The personal data requested when placing the order are collected and processed in order to satisfy the express requests of the Customer. Prevcom srl guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code referred to in Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30.06.03.
